Article 1 (Scope)

These terms set out the conditions for using the application "MENOU" (the "App") provided by herosoundiy ("we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

The App is free to use. You are responsible, at your own expense, for preparing the device and environment needed to use the App.

Article 3 (Health and Medical Notice)

The App is not a medical device. It does not guarantee any effect whatsoever, including but not limited to restoring eyesight, relieving eye strain, or improving sleep quality.

• If you have an eye condition or are under treatment, please consult a physician before use.
• If you have a history of epilepsy, or have ever had a seizure triggered by light or sound, please consult a physician before use.
• If you feel eye pain, headache, dizziness, or any discomfort during use, stop using the App immediately.
• Gazing at striped patterns or stereoscopic images may, in rare cases, cause strong fatigue or discomfort. Please avoid prolonged continuous use.
• While listening to audio that includes binaural beats, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery that involves risk.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and in the music, images, and text provided within the App belong to us or to the rightful rights holders. Reproduction, reposting, or redistribution beyond the scope of private use is prohibited.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
• Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or selling all or part of the App
• Any other act that violates applicable law or public order and morals

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage arising to you from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Provision of the App may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these terms where we judge it necessary. The changed terms take effect from the moment they are displayed within the App.
