Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the application "Pakapako" (the "App") provided by herosoundiy ("we" or "us"). By using the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

The App is available free of charge. The user is responsible, at their own cost, for preparing the device and environment necessary to use the App.

Article 3 (Use by Children and Health Precautions)

• When children use the App, please ensure they do so under the supervision of a guardian.
• Avoid prolonged continuous use and take regular breaks. Please make use of the App's break ("きゅうけい") feature.
• If you experience eye fatigue, discomfort, or feel unwell during use, stop using the App immediately.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and in the music, images, and text provided within it belong to us or to the rightful rights holders. Reproduction, reposting, or redistribution beyond the scope of private use is prohibited.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

• Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
• Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or selling the App in whole or in part
• Any other act that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

We shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Provision of the App may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms whenever we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are displayed within the App.
