This is the privacy policy for Pakapako (the "App").

1. Collection of Personal Information

The App does not collect any personal information.

No account registration is required, and the App does not obtain any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or location.

2. Network Communication

All processing — gameplay, saving scores, and audio playback — is completed within your device. The App does not connect to the internet in order to be played.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

High scores and settings such as volume and break cycles are stored only on your device. This information is never transmitted to any external server.

4. Device Features Used by the App

• Accelerometer — used solely to move the patterns in response to device tilt in "Kaleidoscope". Readings are never stored or transmitted.

5. Advertising

The App currently displays no advertising and uses no advertising SDK. Should advertising be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and the change announced within the App.

6. Use by Children

The App is intended primarily for use by children. Because no personal information is obtained, no information can be collected without a guardian's consent.

7. Provision to Third Parties

As no information is collected in the first place, nothing is provided to third parties.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may change in response to revisions of applicable law or the addition of features. Any significant change will be announced within the App.
